Another victory in our dispute with UKRENERGO!

FEDOTOV&PARTNERS SECURES VICTORY FOR CLIENT IN 5.2 MILLION UAH RECOVERY CASE!

Case background: NPC Ukrenergo had been unlawfully charging our client, an electricity export trader, transmission service fees for electricity exported to Energy Community member states.

Asserting that these funds were acquired without legal basis, we filed a lawsuit on behalf of our client to recover 5,265,837.73 UAH.

Outcome: The Commercial Court of Kyiv (Case No. 910/13001/24) ruled entirely in our favor.

On October 22, 2025, the Northern Commercial Court of Appeal upheld this decision, confirming our indisputable legal position! (We are currently awaiting the full text of the ruling).

The FEDOTOV&PARTNERS attorney demonstrated that Ukrenergo’s actions directly contradict both Ukraine’s international obligations and national legislation.

Courts of both instances agreed with our position and ordered the defendant to pay 5,265,837.73 UAH to our client.
