To the law firm FEDOTOV & PARTNERS came a client, a natural gas supplier, seeking assistance in preparing written explanations regarding a tax invoice for 612,000 UAH for the purchase of natural gas, the registration of which had been suspended.
Following a document review, FEDOTOV & PARTNERS attorneys prepared explanations regarding the company's business operations and the tax invoice that had been suspended.
Upon reviewing the explanations and submitted documents, the State Tax Service in the Cherkasy region decided to register the tax invoice in the Unified Register of Tax Invoices.
As a result, the company avoided the negative consequences of the suspended tax invoice registration, which were stipulated by the terms of the natural gas purchase and sale agreement.
