ELECTRICITY SUPPLIER HAS TAX PENALTY OF OVER 500,000 UAH OVERTURNED.

FEDOTOV & PARTNERS Law Firm was approached by a client, the electricity supplier ELECTRO BALANCE LLC, seeking legal support to challenge a tax notice-decision issued by the Main Directorate of the State Tax Service in Kyiv.

Following a review of the documents, FEDOTOV & PARTNERS attorneys filed a complaint with the State Tax Service of Ukraine to have the tax notice-decision overturned.

‍

Upon reviewing the complaint, the State Tax Service of Ukraine confirmed that the penalty had been applied unlawfully and reduced the amount by more than 500,000 UAH. As a result, the supplier avoided significant financial losses.
